A practice, not an agency.
The Code Vendor was founded in Rajkot in 2019 to act as the production engineering arm of Vivek Nakum's consulting work. We took every commercial brief Vivek scoped and turned it into shipped, maintained software. Seven years and 100+ projects later, the pod is still small on purpose, four to six senior engineers who take a build from kickoff to launch without handoffs.

How We Work
Every engagement starts with Vivek on the call. Scope, architecture, and risk are agreed before a line of code is written. From there, the pod runs in two-week cycles with shared visibility into progress, blockers, and decisions. You always know where the build stands and who is responsible for what.
