These terms apply to your use of thecodevendor.com. By browsing the site or submitting any form on it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms cover the website only. Work we carry out for clients is governed by a separate written agreement, proposal or statement of work. Where those documents conflict with this page, those documents take precedence for that engagement.

The courts at Rajkot, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except that we may bring proceedings in another jurisdiction where necessary to protect our intellectual property. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
